I am a pastry chef from Latvia 🇱🇻 and I have extensive experience in the world of pastry: 20 years of professional career.

I have worked in pastry shops, high-end restaurants, and Michelin-starred restaurants in Latvia, as well as creating dessert menus for restaurants in Spain.

I teach both the classic and universally accepted bases of pastry as well as individual signature recipes.
