Start with the essentials: a good turntable, a set of offset spatulas, a metal scraper for smooth sides, piping bags and a basic set of tips (1M, 2D, round tips), a serrated knife for leveling, and good quality pans. As you grow, you can invest in more specialized tools like airbrushes or silicone molds.
